I can only speak of my experience there and it was awesome!

The school is a rather nice five minute walk as you walk the streets of the village. Being a Westerner, you will get many smiles and "hello's" from the locals.

A big thanks to Ms. Hay for inviting me to teach in Hanoi. Hanoi is so different than I expected, in a really good way!

Thanks for arranging that I stay at the Hanoi Outskirts house during the month I taught English at the School. Ms. Hay also offers a residence facility at the Hanoi Center, but could see I'd be more suited for the Outskirts since I like things low-key. I can only speak of my experience there and it was awesome!

The ladies you stay with are teachers and exceptional women. They are kind and very caring. A true pleasure to talk with and they gladly shared stories of their Vietnamese culture.

I found the teachers at the school to be very supportive and welcomed any suggestions I had.

The various classes with students of different ages were a pleasure to teach. I'm a firm believer of diving into the culture and absorbing all I can... This was the place to do just that!
